– Full Inspection of System – Check drains and flush (where required) – Check for signs of refrigerant leaks – Check refrigerant charge – Check for signs of vermin (mice, gecko’s etc) – Check evaporator and condenser coils – Check bearing – Check mechanical components – Check pipework insulation – Visual inspection of electrical terminals adjust where required – Check filters. Remove, clean and reinstall where required – Check airflow and supply air temperature – Check for fault codes – Check voltage reading where required – Check full load amps reading where required – Check general operation of system – Discuss details with site contact where appropriate

– Inspection, test operation and fault indication – If fully operational within 5mins, proceed to service or – Confirm findings with diagnostic tools or tech support (where required) – Aim to diagnose fault and repair/resolve where possible – If additional parts, materials, equipment or labour required, discuss onsite – Do and charge repairs (where possible) or other works while onsite (with upfront pricing and payment) – Contact suppliers to source replacement parts (where required) If unable to repair while onsite – Gather details for quoting for review by quoting manager – Where suitable or requested, obtain details for system changeover – Quote for repairs and/or replacement options provided by our quoting team as soon as possible – Discuss details with site contact where appropriate

While chemical cleans aren’t always needed after our comprehensive service, they may be recommended if there’s a build up of dust, dirt or mould. You can also request a chemical clean to be carried out during your service or repair. If you would like to add a clean, please let us know in advance so we can ensure your technician has the necessary equipment onboard. How it works – Isolate unit to industry standards – Assemble cleaning equipment – Clean coil, fan scroll, drain pans, filters and plastic fascia using specialised biodegradable cleaning solution and hot water – Rinse unit of all chemicals – Inspect unit for cleanliness (repeat if needed) – Reassemble unit – Unisolate the power and test system operation – Pack up cleaning equipment and clean work area – Discuss work completed with site contact where appropriate
