Men’s Health
Men are typically known for bottling things up and ignoring health concerns. This has lead to a men’s health crisis.
Men are dying an average of 5 years earlier than women due to largely preventable reasons. Furthermore, 1 in 8 men will have depression and 1 in 5 men will experience anxiety at some stage of their lives.
Each year, Ice Blast participates in multiple events designed to raise awareness and support men’s health, especially mental health.
November see’s the Team’s annual moustache-growing (where possible…) as part of Movember. The Team also participates in fun-runs, such as the Bridge to Brisbane, with Movember being the chosen charity to support in 2021.
Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men’s health on a global scale, focusing on mental health and suicide prevention, prostate cancer and testicular cancer.

Division 3 Motocross
Jaxon Smith is based in Logan Village and is currently top 3 in his division.
Jaxon required funding for his motor bike and clothing to be able to participate, and his family put the call out for support.
Ice Blast welcomed the opportunity to support this up and coming talent, and enable Jax to not only participate but also excel in his chosen sport.

Ice Blast Team supports all manner of community involvement, financial and other. We look for ways to give back and contribute to real change, in any way we can.
Giving blood is just once example of a non-financial method of helping others.
The benefits of giving blood far outweigh any pain or inconvenience of the donation. It’s a no-brainer in our eyes!
